need a workout routine?

  1. I just need some advice on what combinations work best and hoe many days a week to workout?

    Is it better to work out 3days outta the week or one day on and off kinda schedule

    All you need. And the plans are already laid out for you.

  4. No offense, but not too long ago I was like you. Wanted to work out, but had no idea on what to/what not to do, etc. This is, by far, the easiest way to get injured while working out. I never would have thought that by rounding your back at the bottom of your squat or not having your thys go parallel to the ground could give you an injury.

    I'd also recommend signing up on the bodybuilding forums to learn a thing or two so you don't injure yourself so early on.
