    :hello: when your seeds have sprouted and there in the pots, how long are the lights on? 12/12? or24/7 what stage do the light times change? is it 24/7 first then 12/12 then 18/6 do you follow what im saying ? hope you do cause im still confused.lol im glad its for absolute begginers.lol all help will be gladly taken. p.s how high do the lights have to be above the plant? and is that the height right through the cycle?:D

    You can either do 24/7 or 16/8 for sprouting/veg period. Personally, I would go with 16/8 because it's a little more 'natural'. Then for the flowering portion you'll change to a 12/12 light cycle.
