Hey. I was wondering if anyone else listens to necro. I was watching head bangers ball one day and I notice a comercial for this rapper dude who has the guy from Obituary on his new album. I'm like "Damn, finally, two completly different kinds of music, both of which I like, coming together". So, this week I got a few songs, my favorite being "Dead Body Disposal" (Im a fan of death metal too, so feel free to call me a sicko). I got really intrested in him and I check out his site. Come to find out he makes movies. Has anyone seen these? Thanks for the help. P.S. Anyone ever heard of Brotha Lynch Hung? He's also a rapper just like Necro, death, porn, and weed!

sup dude i dont know about necro. i used to jam his shit and got tired of it in less than a month. i think he needs help. i had his movies too. they were alright but i woulda used a more modern camera - hes got some 60s shit goin on. but uh yeah i think thats it.
Basically they are gimmic rappers w/ no real talent. They rely on shock tactics to get recognition. Brotha Lynch's lyrics are all about brutally murdering people horror movie style. Necro's shit is just dark and depressing. To me thats wack. Just isn't my thing.
True. But the metaphors and rhyme patterns that Necro has are ill. He is also (imo) the best underground producer out there. The Ill Bill album, Whats Wrong With Bill?, is probably his best yet. I also really liked the production on Sabacs album, A Change Gon' Come.

Hell yeah, Esham is the fucking greatest. Hes like a living legend down here in Detroit. No one has came as original or as fucking hard. Talk about raw. Esham hands down is a real "Gangster".

I was supposed to go see Esham in a few weeks but my ride canceled. That was a bummer.lol There's more good horrorcore artists besides Necro, Brotha Lynch, and Esham. There's Q Strange, Temple Rain, Tech N9ne, Project Deadman, and L.U. Cipha. That's just off the top of my head. I'm in to death metal too so this type of hip hop attracts me the most.
I like Necros album :gory Days" like good songs on it are Light My Fire, Gory Days, and i forget the other one.
