You know whats fucked up? That isn't even the first time i've seen that shit go down, I overheard some employees at a lhs saying how their only triple coil was cracked and the joint was chipped or some shit. No one had owned it or done anything to it yet.

You should get in a heated argument first if they aren't compliant, then smash it on the ground in the store, and walk out immediately. That's how you throw an Unsatisfied customer tantrum.
well cracking a coil is kind of hard as it is... im thinking it cracked when illadelph put it in the kiln?
Just cause a scene in front of customers saying their quality sucks blah blah. They will do what they can to shut you up. If they don't chuck it at a case of glass. Mother fuckers are going to loose money one way or another.
Sold me a broken bong, and its a headshop. The bong was moved in a break-in, there was paint on the beaker base. It's a custom so I bought it in anyways, and it was actually broken in the break-in. Headshops don't do returns.
Take some dabs, you need to calm down Why break it? If the coil is faulty, you can replace it. That bowl, a/c and beaker are still perfectly fine. I would contact illadelph if the lhs refuses to do anything. They seem pretty commited to quality with their sci. glass blowers and all.
Coils expensive, I'm afraid to even freeze it. My roomies friends with Hamm so Im guessing if the headshop doesn't do anything he can probably make a recycler mouthpiece or something for it, hence me breaking the coil... lol, is anybody going to drain out the glycerin, cut it open and remove/replace that tubing? You really think Illadelph might if I tell them my situation? I can't really afford to throw too much more money at this right now which is why Im disappointed more than anything p.s just took a dab before I read that
dude why would you break it! Use it even if theres a tiny crack, im pretty sure you can buy illadelph coils on there own, if not buy a top from US tubes or Hoss but i wouldnt reccomend hoss as they're overpriced as fuck
Damn man that sucks. Unfortunately I have heard quite a few stories about coils breaking very easily. That piece is really cool though. Love the colors and designs. I hope you can figure something out
