Nasty cramps

Discussion in 'Seasoned Marijuana Users' started by Bledsoe2675, Sep 3, 2018.

  1. I have been smoking for about 30 years and about 9 years ago I noticed bad cramps when I was using the bathroom , just God awful and painful. I kept smoking not thinking it was the pot , to be honest the pot even helped with pain management as far as the cramps. So went to doctors they could not find nothing, so back off to smoking I went.
One day I ran out of smoke and was unable to buy any because of a dry spell, so I was unable to smoke for about two weeks and I noticed no more 2 o'clock in the morning cramp attacks and no more painful bowel movements. I started to smoke again when I got some more and about 2 days into it bam, there were the painful cramps and bowel movements again. So after further research I am one of the unlucky ones who happens to be allergic to the plant of miracles now.
    That sucks!

  2. I hate to hear that. Marijuana is not for everyone.

Have you tried CBD? There are straight up CBD crystals out there.

  3. You've been dealing with those cramps for 9 years before you thought it might be the weed. I would think anything I'm putting into me might be the cause and eliminate them one by one. But yea that sucks.

  4. Do you have a link to something that explains your problem? I see that hyperemesis syndrome causes abdominal cramps but they are complaining of nausea and vomiting, not painful poops. It definitely looks cannabis related, though. Too bad.

  5. Maybe the munchies and what you're eating is giving you the pooper dooper cramps.

  6. No, I keep a very strict diet and work out routines. So its definitely the weed. Oh well 43 years old maybe i should stop.

  7. Have you tried edibles instead of smoking? They might not fuck with your stomach

  8. Sorry to hear that. Maybe just take a long break. I dont know, I'm not a doctor.
Maybe see one. Ask him about diverticulitis. Could be something like that too. Very common in people in our age group. Many things can trigger a flair up too. Maybe weed is one of them.

  11. Where exactly is the pain? Left or right side? Your gut, under the ribs, side stitch? The cramps could be caused by hard coughing during times you do smoke and that is tearing muscle or straining muscles around your rib cage or chest wall.

  12. The pain from abdominal cramps is caused by the intestines cramping, not the skeletal muscles.

  13. It may help with the cramps
