Narcs Adn New School Drug Policy!!!

    Recently at my high school there have been many narcs. A couple of weeks ago someone tipped off the cops and some ppl were arrested. Also our principle has someone that has been keeping tabs on who does what and he now has a list of ppl that are searched regurely. Even crappier is the school's new drug policy is that if you are suspected [no evidence/proof is needed] of being under the influence of drugs/booze u can be placed in an alternative school/arrested. Is is j/me or does this seem unconstitutional or did i miss something and the constitution doesn't apply at school?

    The schools here have a sign at the entrance of the school that says.................

    To all that enter the school grounds..

    Anyone that is on these grounds are subjectable of searches to the person or properties of the person.


    First thing that comes to my mind is.............

    It's government property and they can legaly do what they please when these signs are posted!

    I have private property signs posted around my property. If a person is caught on my property, I can have them arrested and prosticuted.


    When you take chances, be ready for concenquences.
