In the beginning of this movie it seems futuristic setting and these Asians are meeting with these cybernetics guys and he offers the guy a lap dance in this room with a computer generated girl and while she is stripping the power shuts off and i think she was wearing blue and she just cuts out and vanishes. Theres a shooter loose in the building with this crazy looking weaponry. He held people hostage and stuff thats all i remember. Seemed like a full blown action movie from mid 90’s maybe???
