Saw that earlier. They aren't really cutting out all police, they are just going to use a county wide force instead of a city force because they have hardly any money and too much crime. Will this help?Probably not,I'm just glad I never have to go near there ha ha.

Criminals cause crime. Gun laws protect criminals from law abiding people who would otherwise own guns and defend themselves. However that doesn't mean gun laws "cause" crime.
The statute only addresses the US Army and, since 1956, the US Air Force. It does not refer to, and thus does not restrict or apply to, the National Guard under state authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within its home state or in an adjacent state if invited by that state's governor (in its federal capacity, the National Guard forms part of the Army or Air Force of the United States). The Navy and Marine Corps are prohibited by a Department of Defense directive (self-regulation), but not by the Act itself. From : Posse Comitatus Act - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Fun laws" do cause crime, just look at how the prostitution laws make criminals out of working girls and their customers.
