Mystery weed

    So my regular dude is out of town, and one of his buddies hooked me up with some bud, and this is one of the little nugs. Thing is, he has no idea what it is. He got it from a friend who grows his own shit. It smells skunky, a little piney, and has some citrus smell going on too. Really clear high, not a super energetic high, but it keeps you going, and after the peak, it's chill as hell. Not much couchlock at all. Tingly, kinda numb, spacey after a while. Good tasting, smooth smoke, the buds are pretty spongy and easy to break up. Not many hairs, but frosty as fuck. The picture isn't so great. I had to use my phone because my camera bit the dust.

    This is true, I just didn't know if anyone on here might have a good guess. To me, I'd even go out on a limb to say it looks a little like super silver haze, but then again, I could be wrong. The high hits me a little like blue dream, but that's just me. Regardless, it is some good shit.

    weed names are all hype anyway, 90% of the time it is something like bubbafuck superkush and people have no idea what it is. names are a great way to sell mids.

    Smells like pine and skunk not that energetic, sounds like indica not sativa.Hmmm it keeps you going so it might be a indica/sativa hybrid or an indica that was harvested a little on the early side.Not many hairs but lots of crystal.The color and considering it's not very dense makes me want to say it's an indica.So that means it's a type of Kush so name it what you want haha everyone else does! Call it SuperMcNastyFrostFire Kush.It's probably just some good Kush with no name.

    this is why i dont much care for name's!
    but the things underlined are true, the rest probably is, but i have had some very dense "kush" with couchlock and all the other indica traits. i would say its a haybrid, maybe 60% sativa and 40% indica. if you can ask the grower, its probably a hybrid made from hybrids. and he probably did not think up a silly name for his weed.

    I know a name is just a name, and I know this is a hybrid of something. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea just for shits and giggles. It doesn't have an indica-type feel at all until the back side of the high, and there's only a slight touch of it.. Most of it was cerebral -i don't really like body highs anyways unless I'm hurting like a son of a bitch...

    Agreed I only smoke indicas at night time because that damn Kush ALWAYS seems to make me the most lazy,non productive,couchlocked,giggly,asshole on the earth.But yeah now that you say it's mostly cerebral it definitely would seem like it's a hybrid.But then again harvesting an indica early can give it that cerebral mind fuck that a sativa does? Who knows haha.But generally the pine that's a pretty big indicator that it's a Kush/indica strain but then again it could also be a hybrid like you and wweedd said.But I cant say anything for certain haha I'm not bill nye the mufuckin science guy :smoke:

    Based on how you described it my best guess would be lemon diesel. At least that's what my lemon diesel is like.

    @familytilidie, I dont have any doubt as to strain dominance. I know what an indica feels like, and this surely isn't it. Plus indica buds are usually really dense, .. and this hits like a sativa and the bud is really spongy and airy. If i had to guess, id say 70% sativa 30% indica. Regardless, its some pretty good weed.

    It is possible. It's sneaky like lemon diesel. The high almost reminds me of blue dream, though. Fucking good shit to sit and watch trippy videos with.
