  2. you should always get rid of the run off water. it contains higher ppm than the water you give the plant because the plant drinks the water but doesn’t absorb all the minerals. reusing this to feed other plants will cause problems

Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum

  3. So the runoff would be recirculated back into the reservoir. Obviously I'll need to keep an eye on PH and EC but what I'm asking is, will that semi stagnant water in and of itself mess anything up?

  4. The run off is only bad if youre feeding too high to start with.
Go hit google for "wilma system hydro"
Its a ready made system that re-uses the run off constantly.

Then go back to google for "flood and drain" or "ebb and flow"

And if youre still not convinced after that then go for a "water farm".

The only possible reason the run off would not be safe to use is that you are feeding incorrectly.

    End of.

    Absolutely zero other possibilities.

    You ARE feeding WRONG!

  5. Oh and hempy buckets!!!!
They are a solid bucket with one drainage hole that creares a reservoir at the bottom of the pot.
Meaning it collects like 2litres of run off with zero other drainage .
Theres a cinstant inch or 2 of nutes at the bottom of the pot and if its done right,
Youll keep up with any hydro system on the market.

    School yourself before advising broski.

  6. Picture day.

    Mystery 1 is doing ok.
I don't know if mystery 2 is gonna make it.
Wicked Widow in the Coco is blowing mystery 1 away!!!

  7. After watching this Coco plant for the past 2 weeks, it's blowing my bubble bucket away. It's so much simpler as well.

Mystery 2 has shown no signs of recovering.
    It was tossed today.

Mystery 1 was transplanted from the bucket into the Coco.

So now I've just got Mystery 1 and Wicked Widow, both in Coco, set up with a reservoir and 2 halo rings. Currently watering once a day at 400PPM/5.8 PH'd water on a timer. I'll try to adjust and recycle what I can for a week or two to see how shit looks.

  8. Mystery 1 was not in the greatest shape when I moved it from the bucket to coco. It lost a little bit of root, and it isn't quite there yet.

Wicked Widow continues to do well.

  18. Could be light g to far from light under watering or over watering could be dew to heat or low temps.. How far are your lights from plant also superthrive helps plants with stress of transfer you can add to any of your nutes it is only vitamins and added kelp also helps the roots growth

  19. Have you also tryed spraying the leaves with waterer to moist them up a bit could also be lack of air round the roots just puting ideas out there not a pro grower just a novice am learning my self
