  1. i had to use this site for a nutrition class I took awhile ago, i suggested it to a few friends and they liked it.

    Basically you can enter in what you eat and it will total up your nutritional intakes so you can compare your calorie intake by fat, cho, and protein as well as vitamin/mineral intakes

    its nothing super advanced or mind blowing, but if you are looking for a place to start analyzing your diet, id say this is a decent place
