I sometimes see people putting mylar or something over there soil and the plant is on top of it.Is there any benefits to do this cause I have some extra mylar around,and I want to do it.Only if there is benefits though.
Good question. I've seen people put plastic over soil. I think it helps to prevent bugs or help with humidity to help roots reach the top of the soil. That's my my thoughts I'm not sure
