Has anyone had experience with using both of these products together... or more so using the humega? I've read a lot on the mycorrhizae and it seems that it helps with what this humega can do... so I got to thinking maybe there is a way I could use these together to maximize nutrient uptake and plant growth
Yes. I highly recommend mycorrhizae and humic acid. That Humega is "leonardite" which is the primary source of humic acid. You can also find leonardite in Roots Organics Trinity (nutrient catalyst) and Roots Organics Ancient Amber. There's several other products out there with it, as well. You might also consider a soil builder similar to blood meal, bud blood or age old "dried fruit." These are super potent so must go light on the mixture, but it puts a huge nutrient boost in the soil. Good luck!
