when yo post a reply there is a little box below the area where you type, next to the box has a little button thingy that says browse, click that and pick a picture off your computer, that should do it.
Just a side note on the pic opsting thing. The picture msut be a .jpg file, under a certain size. If you have a pic that is not a .jpg jsut open up paint and open the pic you want to convert and go to Save As and in the filetype box choose .jpg.
