Just got the Triton T2 scale (0.1g, 300g max capacity) yesterday and its giving me inaccurate readings, and it SOMETIMES doesn't give the same readings if I were to weigh something in different corners. I tried test weighing a 50g calibration weight and sometimes it will read 50.1 and sometimes it will read 50.2 or 50.3 (especially if I tried weighing it on the corners of the scale). I also tried weighing a dime (coin) and it weighed out to 2.3, which would be the correct weight of a dime. WTF? I thought this scale comes calibrated? I did make sure I got the scale on a leveled area too. Does this happen to anyone else?

  2. your scales fine. don't worry about it. mine does the same thing.

  3. I work at a vet hospital and we have a similar issue with our scale, it does something very similar to yours. And we weigh out meds and the vets are okay with the bit of drift that we have and similar to yours. As a scientist, weigh it three times and take the average, that will give you the approx. weight and honestly that is what you are going to get regardless, you will always have drift unless you havce a driftguard.
