My vape whip gets way to hot.

    Hey guys, Just got my vaporizer. I am wondering if the whip, Where the bowl is, Should be getting so hot. I need a paper towel folded in half just tot ake it off the heating element. It's a standard box vaporizer. Am i just not using it right. Should I not have the bowl sitting on the element for that long?

    Maybe you purchased a janky setup? idk.
    Maybe you have the setting too high
