my two sprouts are turning colors

Well its been 2 weeks so far and my plants have been growing slow as molasses, literally. I dont blame dem since i am using 3x27watt cfls bulbs 5500k. Today I decided to do a lil upgrade and added 2 more bulbs but the new ones are 26watt 6500k which is much brighter then tha 5500's. If this doesn't make my growth faster then I dont kno what will.
2 weeks ago i started off with 2 sprouts their current state don't look so good but they are hanging in there. The discolouration probably came from out of one of these few probs:

-Light was too close to plants
-Using spring water (poland spring)
- The Air in my room was really dry.

So I decided to fight those odds by:

- Keeping further distance from plants
-Using Distilled Water( Store Brand Name)
- Move My setup in to another room with Moisture

I really dont wanna say it probably one of the properties in my MG Soil cuz I got the Seedling Starter Mix and stuff thats inside it don't seem to be harmful to the plants. Well here are some pics of my recent grow, give me some of yall opinions about the discolored onez.
