I was bored, and just thought about dicking with an image editor. Then I thought - why not post it and show off my artistic talents (yeah right) =P.
It's pretty good, but you didn't use enough filters... Just playing man. I understand it, but wouldn't it have been better if you used that pencil filter on the whole thing?
You should make the background of the guitar pic transparent so you don't get all the white in there.
Dude...few tips... Blending images? Blur/Soften and Clone are your BEST friend As are layers transparency and a slew of other filtering plugins. Try using GIMP for heavy filter work PSP7 for every day stuff and Adobe for when it's gotta be really anal. Oh and shy away from that stupid pencial/crayola/texture filter shit as the mainstay of your image. It's only meant to layer and texture parts of the image not to be the centerpiece cuz it just looks cheesey as fuck these days (worked when Nintendo was around tho heh) Feel free to post all the images and what text you'd like I'm sure someone will make it for you.
