    Jesus did not die on this day, yet a greater man. One who's fate led his him to fall in the arms of the most knoble men.

    This man is Humpdy Dumpdy.

    In his honor we over-consume and hide eggs.

    and the celebration of Easter (the date, eggs, rabits, etc) all are related to pagan rituals; google is your friend

    well since the Torah mentions much of the pagan origins of easter and the rest is a matter of history I will assume you are referring to the resurrection aspect of Beaster sunday. :smoking:
