My stems are mostly purple

  1. This is my Frist grow and been runnin in some trouble, does the purple stem cause any damage to my plant or harm? Plant is 3 weeks old btw

  2. The purple is often an indication that something isn't right with the soil, most often Phos attributed to low pH (too wet or cold sometimes as well). Raise the pH and all should be well and growth will be faster.

  3. What’s the best way to raise the ph?
     
  4. Dolomite lime will do it the fastest. Lime will do as well. A handful of wood ash if you burn wood will also do and is how I do it.

  5. Purple stems have nothing to do with the soil not that I know of. It’s usually genetics or stress related. It nothing to worry about.
