I have adjusted my light to be closer, that was the cause of my stretching, for the mean time I have gave it a bit of cardboard to hold it up, I have left a fan running, I can see the leafs shaking about but the stem doesnt really move a lot at all, will it strengthen the stem? how long should I leave it for?
i keep my fan on my plants 24/7. the added stress on the leaves, and stems should strengthen them up.
