Hey everybody, I just wanted to post about my recent incidents here, and would like some feedback on whether i'm in trouble. #1- A few weeks ago a cop caught me smoking a bowl behind my residence. He took all my info down but said it was just a warning. He still handcuffed me and searched me and everything but he said I'd be let off with a warning. #2- last night the party got a little out of control on my floor and I was verrrry drunk. I was walking around my hall with a beer in my hand and a cop found me. (Im 18, so underage in Canada). He asks me my age and i tell him (maybe that was a bad idea, but im sure if i said i was older he would have asked for ID) He took me back to my room and wrote my shit down and when i asked him why he was doing that he said he was deciding whether to write me a ticket. Well he didn't write me a ticket on the spot. If he looks me up and sees my last incident, which the cops probably have on file somewhere, can he do anything about it? Can he send me a ticket in the mail or anything? Im more worried about the weed thing because its an indictable offence and an underage drinking ticket is just a fine, but I'd prefer neither. So do you think I should be alright? Oh P.S. This is in canada if it matters.

Every University is different. Generally it's better to be caught by campus police than local cops...your situation doesn't sound too bad at all. Probably just a warning I'm guessing, maybe a harsh slap on the wrist, u might have to take an alc education class or something like that...
yea bro your fine the weed thing was just a warning so you cant get into trouble for that and if they do do anything about the alcohol thing (prob not) youll prob just have to attend AA or someother gayass meating. i had to go to AA when i was 16 cause me and my buddies were smashing mailboxes while drunk (stupid i know lol)
