Now that's a real transformation. What excercises did you do to work your chest? I'm having trouble getting much passed the "pretty toned but not ripped" chest

  9. im interested to hear what you did to change like that

  10. wow thats impressive! I recently started working out...so a few questions:
    1. What did you change in your diet?
    2. How many times a week did you hit the gym?
    3. Did you only lift weights or also some running etc.?

  11. I did a routine of
    Flat Barbell Bench Press: 3x8
    Incline Barbell Bench: 3x8
    Pec Deck: 3x8
    Dips: 3x8

    that's about it lol
I don't use dumbbells too much, I'm afraid of them falling on my face

    1. My diet is weird, I follow a system called the zig zag diet. Where I eat an "X" amount of calories to gain mass while losing bodyfat.
It worked well for me, I've been using it ever since I touched a weight.

2.I go the gym 5 times a week

    3. No cardio lol I hate it. Lifting is enough for me :)
