My plants leaves have turned yellow overnight

  1. Its 7:30 am, I just went outside to bring my White Widow plants to the backyard to get the morning sun that they love, well first thing I had noticed was the a few of the larger leaves have turned yellow, almost completely, should I be concerned? Also, this is the first time I have grown White Widow. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

  2. Hi Uneik Koncpts,
First off, Welcome to GC. Your plants are yellowing because they need Nitrogen. Fertilize them with some 20-20-20 or something similar and the yellowing will stop. Also, your plants sure could use bigger pots. Third, I noticed one of your leaves has a hole in it which indicates you have some kind of pest. This is the problem with bringing the plant from indoors to outdoors and chances are you have brought the pest inside. Good luck.

  3. SmknVTEC is right on this one. I had the same problem and he addressed it so I gave it a strong dose of Nitrogen and it seems my plants have gotten greener.
