This plant is leaning sideways, and drooping. It also has a few leaves that's burned, but it's my fault on that. So I'm wondering how to help it out with it's structure & get it growing right again. Thanks!

All you have to do is make it stand straight then put a little soil around it to hold it up Also it's stretching for light
