my plant isn't liking light

I'm not really sure if this is a common problem or not but my plant just gets droopy and starts to look like it's going to die when put in the lights. otherwise at night it perks right up. my ph is fine and I'm not using nutes until the problem is solved. any idea what's causing this? I have two t8 shop lights and two daylight and two soft white Cfls. I have a fan blowing and the bulbs don't get hot enough to stress the plant. hmmm any ideas? thanks for any help!

 

it's an all organic soil grow. The plant is 4 weeks into veg after being transplanted from it's little clone pot. it was looking great until just recently. no drastic change in conditions it's just not enjoying light for some reason! in the dark it perks back to life in like 4 hrs. the strain is bluberry if that helps. thanks a lot folks I appreciate any insight and advice!
