My plant is sick :( :( :(?????? Help me please!!!

    **THIS IS A REPOST**
    I'm not sure if it's heat or what???

    Soil: hyponex
    Lights: 2 14w cfl about 3-4 inches from plant
    Nutes: 15-30-15 normal plant food
    Vent: small computer fan blowing on fan

    Please help, I don't want to lose her :(
    Also what does I need to do in order to nurse her back into health?!?

    It would seem its light burn, i would raise the bulb a little bit more, whats your temp? Do you get good air circulation with the fan? Also try if you can to get a fan inside that blows directly to the plant to prevent hot spots.

    1-2-1 nutes are more for flowering too, you want something more like 3-1-2. What's your watering schedule like?

    Yeah there's pretty good circulation, I just didn't have the fan direct on the plant so it prevents the hot spots
