6-7weeks into flower, ffof first grow, So idk what has happened in the past week, I had a nute lockout due to low ph , which i believe has been going on for awhile but didnt get to severe until last week, so I got some dolomite lime, the first time I watered normal with pure water, the second time I forgot and added a dose of nutes, , today looks like death, its plenty watered but weeping like hell, leaves shriveling even though extra soft,
I'm gonna post pics in a minute, Does anyone know if a Ph fluctuation can fuck the plants ability to retain water and what not
Do you not have a ph meter? If the pH is too low (acidic), acid salts chemically bind nutrients and the roots will be unable to absorb them. An alkaline soil with a higher pH will cause nutrients to become unavailable to the plant...so make sure you buy a pH meter and keep your pH around 5.7-6.5 or so, that's where I keep mine with no problems....also check the pH of your runoff..just because you have properly pH'd water doesn't mean you soil is pH'd the same.
