my 2 plants are about 6in. away from being too close to the 175w hps and i wont be able to move the light fixture up anymore.... the plants are in there 2nd week of flowering ... is there any way to train the plants or something or is it too late to do anything?? Thanks, MiNdLeSs_KrAcKeR
Hi not sure if there is anything u can do except tie her to a support. Have the same problem with one of mine at the moment, turned out I didnt have enough light during veg growth!
they have had plenty of light and they have alot of budsites....i guess ill try tieing them down sorta..
I've had to bend one of my plants mid flower, it's still flowering fine and some of the stalk bud sites that are more exposed to the light seem to have picked up in mass significantly. Bending/LST is definately the way to go.
You can tie a flowering plant. Your main stem should be a pretty stiff stalk by now so don't try to bend that too much. Get it pulled down a little with some good tension on the line and then pull it a little tighter ever few days to slowly let the plant adapt.
