my plans for the future

  1. right now i have 5 small plants in a 2'X1.5' and 4' tall growbox. this is nice and all but i have come to relize my plants are going to outgrow this space fairly quick. so far i have had no severe problems with these plants and if i am succesful in growing them i was planning on constructing a new growbox. i was thinking a 3'X3'X4' tall would be a better sized growbox. i will probly use my old growbox for clones or something. if i were to build the new box what size light would i need. i have a 250 watt hid lighting system. would that be enough?

  2. I believe the recomeded amount of light is around 40 watts per sq/ft. Youre going to need 400 watts to get to 44w sq/ft. i would put another 250 in there if you have REALLY good venting or cooltubes. Jakael
