My plan for the summer grow-suggestions?

  1. Hey guys, me and some buds (4 friends to be exact) decided to try our hand at growing some weed. We have this one perfect spot. Its on a bank overlooking a small path. The sun hits this spot from sunrise to sunset. The bank is like 50 feet above the trail and like 200 feet long so we could maybe have two spots. We plan on making a small platform up in a tree, painting the latter/platform all green and brown and having maybe two plants growing in pots. I'm talking about like, the deep forest. In a small town of 7000 it's far,far out of the way. There is also a lake (thats where the trail leads to)to collect water from.

It's still cold during April , and very rainy. We plan to start planting in May. I plan on buying a pack of those styrofoam party cups to start my seedlings in. Then pick the best and move them into pots.

Everything we are dealing with would be painted brown/green(pots,boards,...etc)

The temperature stays around 35-40 dgrees C from mid June-September.

How does my grow plan sound to you guys?

  2. it sounds great but you could get a lot bigger of plants if you planted in the ground at or just above the level of the water in the lake. if this is possibl id highly recomend it if its within 15 meters of the lake. this if given good soil and lots of some would produce amazing plants more than likely. since the plants would never become root bound as they would in pots and if just above water level the roots will tap into the water table and basically eliminate the need for watering. this should be possible if the lake is surrounded by trees and the path doesnt go all the way around the lake. but 5 people sounds bad. b/c of loose lips and a large group which will be much more likely to be spotted

  3. Well my finger kinda slipped and I meant 4 people. The only people we ever smoke with is eachother , I doubt we would all be out there at the same time anyways. Just gotta send a pair to water every week or whatever. The planting near the lake is probably a bad idea as it is one of the major hangout spots for EVERYONE during the summer:p

When im germanating the seeds in their little cups could I just stick some lil baggies over them and make a shelter type deal on the platform?I'd probably be about 25 degrees in the shade anyways. Once they have sprouted,do I take the bag off and give them some sunlight and start to water a little bit?And when do I transfer into the big pots?
