So I'm sitting in my closet LSTing the bejesus out of Barnaby Jones and I am Having. A. Blast. This is soooo fun interacting with my plant in this way. I highly recommend doing this to anyone else who is growing for the first time. I'll post pictures later of my work!
Here we go! Pictures are before and after. Both Plants have had the stalk that will become the main cola secured and bent towards the center of the unit, creating a sort of arch. All of the minor budsites that were shaded by the cola have been tied and bended to the opposite sides, where a 4th and 5th light will be placed ( assuming I can get heat under control)
So I had to take a light out because of heat issues. I added another fan but that still didn't help enough. Oh well, once the winter months start I'll be able to throw the light back in there =). As of right now I have 99 actual watts and 420 (lol) equivalent watts. I'm sure I'll be able to pull something with this setup =)

Your first pic looks pretty good, the top most lst where the branches are crossing could probably be reworked. And over all it looks like you started the lst a little late. As for Jack 33, how often and how much water are you giving her? also are you giving her any nutes?
