My Pax Vaporizer Stopped Working? Will The Warranty Work?

You have to hold the mouth piece to the left perfectly just to  get the oven on. I figured if i cleaned it and called pax? idk how the warranty works (i think they make it confusing on purpose lol). But yea the pax pretty much doesnt work and i want a new one. I have a 10 year warranty too so yeah haha. 
 
Anyone ever return a pax using the warranty?

I worried mostly because the warranty says this
 
"The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions. -
