My Pax by Ploom Review

  2. I have had my pax for 2 months and it no longer works. I have been trying to send it back and they will not respond to my emails. I have cleaned it ect. I either want a new one or my money back. They suck, and it sucks. Some one please help!:(
     
  3. Are you contacting Ploom directly? Pax comes with a ten year warranty so you shouldn't have any issues dealing with the company. Everything I've ever heard from Pax owners about the customer service was that it has been superb.

    If you get into contact with the right people you should have no problem getting a new/refurbished unit.
