    So on Tuesday I am to go back to Texas and go to jail for about a month for my two possession of marijuana under two ounces charges. I've had a great time living here in San Diego and hope to come back some day. Here are my contributions to the best counter culture community. Enjoy.

    so you're going to jail for possesion of 2 oz of mj for a month? thats awful, i got busted with an ounce and got nothing. they find a scale/baggies? ur sentence seems to hard for possession. either way man sorry to hear that, fuck society, gl in jail dont let the sasuage leaders take your food and avoid soap bars, loation is safer for all

    Cops in Texas are just not very lenient. I have a completely clean record aside from this, and I'm a pretty nice guy who is easy to like.

    Nothing more to than story than what is posted, aside from the fact that the marijuana was found in my friends car under my seat so they arrested me and let him go.

    I think he's telling the whole story I got probi for 6months, 40hrs. comm service, 1 week in jail, and 4 weeks of Marijuana ed. classes (I knew more than the teacher haha) for less than .5 grams between two people... so like .25g

    Jail is really shitty man, you'l get through it though.
