Vision seeds and the box is roughly 17 inches tall so how will i need to train. Lst or one simple tie down

No the ones in the cup are just gonna be seedlings when i put them outdoors into bigger pots im just starting them and to the wise guy i have an easy foot that it could grow so stfu
IDK all jokes aside, there's not a lot of room in there, vertically speaking. I think you did a fine job, just would have made it a bit taller. You're going to have to train them below the pots, and that's a challenge. That's my input. Ditch the foil. You'll get better reflection with flat white paint. Here's a post explaining a bit more.
