My new problem with weed.

  1. Ok so let me start this off by saying this, during the beginning of the summer i was smoking weed on a daily basis. I quit about a month ago and i was a fairly heavy guy weighing about 170 and being 5"9. I quit and didn't really eat much at all about a meal a day somtimes nothing at all. Well i dropped a insane amount of weight went from weighing 170 to 140 in about two months. It seems like whenever i smoke i gain alot of weight from of course "The munchies" I love to smoke herb but i really dont like being overweight. What to do?
     
  2. Limit yourself on your munchies... I can control it now, it doesn't really get the best fo me. infact i dont really get hungry when i'm baked nowadays.
     
  3. The problem is your appetite. You might be fucked.
    Exercise more, eat better, and limit your portions.
     
  4. Its like when i smoke i eat half of my fucking kitchen lol and i take walks everyday but i doesn't really help. I went from being a fat stoner guy to a middle weight depressed guy lol. I love weed and what it does but i just really dont like being fat and everytime i smoke i gain weight. I've tried not eating as much but eventually i cave in. I dont want to give up smoking but it might be somthing i have to do.
     
  5. Eat fruit. No junk food.

  8. Just drink alot, and if you do get hungry eat fruit. Apples and grapes are amazing when baked

  10. The answer lies in your food. You will get fat consuming cheese puffs, soda and ice cream, but not from fruits, salad and water. Not saying that's what you eat, but you get it.
     
  11. I drink a shit load of Crystal Light, so many different flavors and almost no caloric intake. That and what everyone else said: fruits and veggies are epic when high. <3

    Stop buying shitty, unhealthy food.
     
  12. Drink something instead, or like others have said eat fruit.
    Everything taste good while high, I just don't buy junk food anymore..
     
  13. Eat before you smoke. Or....stop being a fatass and have an apple or someshit
     
  14. You only lost weight because of your very unhealthy eating schedule. You need to eat regular, healthy, and you need to sport/go to the gym. You do all of that and then you can get high and eat, just don't overdo it.


    But that's just my 2 cents :)

    It's a thread here on GC that might help you.

    If you smoke an get the munchies in the day time, eat nuts or fruit. If you smoke at night you can get your full meal in.

  17. Im goin through the same shit man, Wen i quit smoking i also transform into a healthy lifestyle.. I feel like my boredom from not getting high makes me put all my thoughts and efforts into my physical well being.. Im thinking about quitting for one year and seeing what i can do with myself.

    Edit: Like someone else said tho, Find fruits that you like. Peaches, Apples, grapes n shit... Nature can provide some pretty tasty snacks :D
     
  18. When you get the munchies eat healthy :) theres nothing better then cooking an entire meal (healthy meal) from scratch when you're high. Or if you dont like to cook Just make sure you eat the apple instead of the chips :p
