so i am kinda new to the bong smoking, but i recently brought a new Roor little sista rasta 3.2mm bong and its basically my first bong. It hits pretty hard, i cant take a huge rip because it will just make me cough in pain. I have a diffused downsteam to go with it, but i was wondering if it is worth it for me to buy a shower head ash catcher to make a smoother hits? much would be appreciated for help from the grass community. http://www.weedcity.com/shop/uploads/images_products/1811.jpg

Haha I never tried the hot water. Always did cold. I was looking at a hvy ash catcher but I don't feel like it would be worth the 140$ on this bong. Do you use an AC?
If I were you I would get a shower head grab labs ash catcher its cheap and its efficient just be careful with it Sent from my MB855 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
You can't go wrong! http://www.ioffer.com/si/ash+catchers You can find a nice cheap ashcatcher, unless you wanted a roor one.. rich mofo.
If you want to add filtration you can 1. add a perc'd ashcatcher 2. add a carbon filter (they also make cotten filters) 3. change the downstem I'd probably get another downstem (that way I'd also have a spare in case something happens, and I'd have 2 so if I'm cleaning one, I can use the other). Sov gridded, alex k showerhead, or luke wilson 6 arm are the ones I'd look at. I wouldn't go with carbon filter...I just don't like em, removes too much flavor. I would consider an ashcatcher, but I'm not a huge fan of them. When I shop for a tube, I water test and usually based on that I make a decision, the ashcatcher changes the chug and volume so usually I don't like em. If you do go with ashcatcher just make sure you get one that is angled, the 90degree ones are for stemless pieces.
