So I thought I might follow this vid each morning and down 300ml(10oz) of lemon and garlic 'drink' I like both but after a week I'm at my limit, the sales pitch Spoiler Clogged arteries result from the build-up of a substance called plaque in the arterial walls. It is also medically referred to as arterial plaque. This plaque can reduce blood flow or even block it altogether. Clogged arteries increase your risk of developing other health complications like a heart attack or stroke. Some of the most common risk factors for clogged arteries are: High levels of LDL (bad cholesterol) or low levels of HDL (good cholesterol) A high blood pressure Smoking tobacco Diabetes or elevated blood sugar levels A family history of atherosclerosis or clogged arteries Stress Obesity A sedentary lifestyle Most cases of clogged arteries do not exhibit any symptoms until a heart attack or blood clot presents itself. However, in cases where 70% or more of the arteries are blocked, you will notice the following symptoms. Severe cases of clogged arteries may exhibit symptoms like: Shortness of breath Sweating Nausea Chest pain or angina Palpitations of the heart Dizziness Weakness I drunk this each morning for 7 days and do feel better that might be last nights weed ..lol I'll have a week off and as the vid says do a 2nd week, like everyone on a western diet you gotta think of the those clogged arteries and veins no thanks to my fast food habits..lol heres the link:
even if it did nothing it certainly woke me up ....lol followed by a very strong black sweet coffee ...lol
Hmm Lemon An Garlic Lol. IDK If I Could Actually Drink That. I Like Those Tings Separately Tho. ~Toni~
that video fades in and out............ I left a link at the bottom to the guys youtube site .. incase you need a flush ...lolol
Garlic wards bugs as well. You can buy garlic juice to spray around the home to get those critters outta there. I suspect it would also work on cannabis, but the smell... you can purchase odorless garlic. The effects you are seeing are due to NFkB inhibition, something CBD does as well.
Garlic does dampen NFkB based inflammation, but you know ... u ever hear of nattokinase? This is a more direct anti-thrombotic agent. Maybe dangerous in some cases though.
Fermented soybean ..? Abstract Natto, a fermented soybean product, has been consumed as a traditional food in Japan for thousands of years. Nattokinase (NK), a potent blood-clot dissolving protein used for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, is produced by the bacterium Bacillus subtilis during the fermentation of soybeans to produce Natto. NK has been extensively studied in Japan, Korea, and China. Recently, the fibrinolytic (anti-clotting) capacity of NK has been recognized by Western medicine. The National Science Foundation in the United States has investigated and evaluated the safety of NK. NK is currently undergoing a clinical trial study (Phase II) in the USA for atherothrombotic prevention. Multiple NK genes have been cloned, characterized, and produced in various expression system studies. Recombinant technology represents a promising approach for the production of NK with high purity for its use in antithrombotic applications. This review covers the history, benefit, safety, and production of NK. Opportunities for utilizing plant systems for the large-scale production of NK, or for the production of edible plants that can be used to provide oral delivery of NK without extraction and purification are also discussed. Nattokinase: An Oral Antithrombotic Agent for the Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease
well if that's the way you get it. Nattokinase is made via biopharmaceutical, as the abstract reads. Meaning that the genes have been transferred to e.coli or yeast and produced en masse. It is then purified, standarized, and sold (well, from a reputable lab I hope). Maybe check some reviews from users and read the most modern papers. It shows a lot of promise as a therapeutic agent.
IDK, I'm familiar with streptokinse back in the 80's- 90's which was extremely expensive then like 10,000$. clots are fairly common & you may not know you have 1. My worry is what if it dislodges a clot from a "safe" place & it travels to the brain, heart or lungs. Yes I'm playing devils advocate.
imma read this interesting review: Role of Fibrinolytic Enzymes in Anti-Thrombosis Therapy woah... 31% global deaths attributed to blood clots! edit: I read this review. Near the end, it describes streptokinase and staphylokinase and nattokinase. Nattokinase appears the safest of them all (imo), whereas streptokinase is a one-time only thing, because its highly immunogenic. There's a mention also in there about microorganisms being the major source of discovery for these compounds.
