A few days ago I asked her what that plant/tree was that she had growing. She didnt know what it was; my aunt gave it to her a few years ago. She kept the information that she got with it and I asked her to go find it. I found it was a Brugmansia plant. So, in no way am I going to even try Datura, I just wanted to tell you guys I just found one in my front yard. I do have a few friends that want to try it, and I guess they can if they want, as long as Im not around.
My dad has that growing too. He also grows Morning Glory. He has also grown a Castor Bean plant, one of the worlds deadliest natural toxins.
I hope for your sake that the plant is no where near a door. Might make a rescue by the fire department a bit difficult on their part.
Datura leaves can be ok, but the effects are weird, trippy kind of buzz with a lot of disorientation the higher the dose, the seeds howqever you should stay away from un;less you see yourself as a Shaman or similiar because the trip can be very strong and complete with hallucinations that seem real and might as well be
From what i've heard it just makes you go delusional like when you take a lot (300 mg +) of diphenhydramine, but it is suppose to be pretty strong. i've not done it personally. (and from personal experience going delusional on anything isn't a pleasent experience, though it can be weird and interesting) i believe that the seeds are also highly toxic and this plays a role in the "trip"
