Thanks guys! && yeah this thing is the smoothest hitting piece I've hit, because none of my friend's pieces can even compare to this thing.. They're not all into it like me. So the first time I heard about/used/saw a helix was from my friend.. He had a big helix pipe that you can rotate attachments on.. You can choose between a one hitter type ending, a bowl slide, or a slide that has a bubbler attachment... The shape of all the helix pieces are unique because they are designed to make the smoke spin around quickly and cool down as outside air mixes in a bit. When you look at a big Helix pipe you can see smoke twisting in the middle like a tornado looks AWESOME.. There are 3 tiny holes around the edge of the cone which makes it spin... So after experiencing all this I decided to try a helix chillum... It hits like a beast!! like a big bowl! this tiny puny chillum gives me humungous rips. So I decided to try the same size piece as the chillum, except its bong attachment. And what it does is, basically pre-cool the smoke.. But in my opinion.. It somehow saves herbals too.. because you get more smoke filled up quicker into the bong and it has less drag because it speeds it up and forces into the ash catcher and milksssss up! If you need a little pipe for on the go I highly reccomend the mini helix a.k.a. helix chillum.. look it up! you wont be disappointed and I bet any money you wont find a better hitting piece for the price.. Length of a one hitter but the power of a bowl given from its cone shape and 3 little holes..
yea, honestly its half the price of a downstem, or slide, soooo I would suggest it. It looks cool as hell and in my opinion makes the bong more functional.
