    my little brother getting his medical marijuana card i told him ur lucky

    can he go by himself in the despensary by him self hes 15

    I was under the impression that to be prescribed MMJ, you needed to be at least 18 years of age.

    I have to say im in my EARLY 20's and i type like an ass online.. Ill admit it

    Well as long as ur mom was there and approved it he's good, Jus need id to get into most places.. also dont forget your id/paper work.. I got paper work but ive hear of people gettin photo id's

    Now that everyone has made their comments, I'll answer your question.

    When it comes to dispensaries, most have a "no unaccompanied minors", or an "absolutely no minors" policy. Maybe your family (in other words, Mom) can work something out with a local dispensary- each place is different. You might find one that is willing to allow an unaccompanied minor, but I don't think it will be easy.

    On one trip to my cannabis specialist, I listened in on the receptionist's end of a conversation about MMJ and minors. The doctor required the parents to be present for the recommendation process and to sign off on the treatment. So, under certain circumstances, minors CAN "get legal". I believe I once read that the youngest legal MMJ user was 9? Not sure about that. My son brought home a cold from work, I got it and my brain is not really functioning, today. One thing I know- cannabis is not a cure for the common cold :(, but it helps with the aches and pains, anyway.
