i got a 600w powerplant ballast with no light and about a week later i got a new 600w bulb. The ballast runs but the light isn't turning on. i don't no what to do. the ballast has a sticker saying it was made 1/5/09 and is in warranty 01/05/11 so i went on the website, Power-plant - Professional Horticultural Lighting - Home and its like the website has been abandoned. how would i go about getting it fixed ?? any suggestions please thanks : )
