  1. Looks like a nice setup, a little shorter than I would prefer but you have to work with what you've got!

Those lights are badass! I've always wanted to get a few 420 longboards, but I think I'm just going to try adding some 420nm diodes to my current setup.

  2. Thanks gxxire. It took a few years to get it to this point, but growing is sooo easy now!

The room is in my basement in a 1930 house and people must have been short as hell back then. :roflmao: My forehead is imprinted in many places. The low ceiling is a big challenge, especially with these lights having so much intensity. My grow is trained to be low and wide to avoid the problems. I have to keep tops out of the center, trained out to the sides or they'll get completely bleached out.

These lights were 100% game changers. I used to have 300W QB 132 over each plant. I was averaging about 12 oz per plant with them. With these Aussie lights, I average 18 to 20 oz per plant. Last grow was 5 lbs total from all four.

  3. Nice grow room. Evolution of a grow room takes time and it looks like you are on the right track. Clean and organized makes growing pretty easy.

  4. Thanks! I appreciate it. You are right, since getting it to this point, growing has never been easier. Just a few minutes a day through veg to train them, and then I do a defol at the end of flower week 3. It's mostly just water/feed and wait for harvest time now. It's as near to set it and forget it as I think it could be.

  6. Nice photo shot of the well spaced shoots. Do you find that you need to prune out some branches to maintain good branch spacing?

  7. I definitely need to or they become way to prone to guttation occurring. At the same time I defoliate nearing the end of flower week 3, I also prune every shoot below a point I choose. Basically, if it won't make it above my first scrog, it goes. ;)

I adjust locations of most of the branch tops to their final locations by the time veg is almost done but some adjustments still need to be made here and there all the way through flower week 3.

  8. I follow a similar technique in the SCROG. Your photos show good results.

  9. Thanks. It's about 3 weeks from bingo. I'm hoping Gelati catches up more. She's dense but not putting on the size I'm accustomed to. She's a clone I got in town and doesn't seem to be very good genetics. Could be normal, I don't know.

I'm notorious for leaving too much larf behind and almost always should have pruned more. The larf goes straight into the sugar bowl for edibles either way.
