Well I decided to give my water pipes a nice cleaning today. Well I really only use the one that came out clean. The other one I haven’t used or cleaned for a couple years. I’m gonna need more IPA. This is the one I use. I’ve had it for a couple years now and it gives an unbelievably smooth hit. I got it in a local headshop a couple years ago so I probably spent way too much money for it (I think around $225.00), but it really gives a noticeably smooth hit. I don’t know anything about these companies, but I’m a bit surprised this pipe (Shining Company) is imported. I did a close inspection today and there are some minor attention to detail things (only noticeable in ultra anal retentive mode), but it really is very very good. This one I haven’t used in ages. It’s nice glass but the “filter” looking thing is obviously purely for show. It’s a pretty rough draw. *Both bowls are soaking in alcohol
I really like that first piece. I clean all of my daily use pieces once a week. With such short intervals, it usually takes less than 10 minutes to clean each piece.
Yeah, that first one is indeed a keeper. Thank you. I usually keep the first one fairly maintained, but I don’t use the bongs too often. The second one I never use. Still should pick up some extra ipa to soak it in though. My usual stuff is my pipe, e-pens, and vaporizers. Thankfully all easily maintained.
