My friends got a question..

    So my guy was saying he doesnt wanna mass text ppl anymore cause he thinks that the police check mass texts more or something. Is this true?

    No. Unless your friend has done some incredibly stupid things to have the Police's eyes on him, he should be fine. ALTHOUGH, if he does text, and its about some very bad or illegal things, Codeword that shit, Just in Case... Other than that, as long as he isn't a wanted criminal or under the surveillance of the law he is ok.

    I guess if you are into that kinda thing. But I'm not and I'm not a dumbass either so I have no reason to be worried about sodomy or the po-po checking my texts (Unless your friend is Pablo Escobar the police will not attempt to ascertain a court order to have his phone history checked. He isn't worth their time and doing so without legal precedence is a violation of the 4th amendment.) Is that better?

    Unless he is sending messages implying "terrorist" activities (remember that has a very broad definition these days), they will need a warrant to request to view them.

    I mean maybe it sounds right in theory but they are not allowed to do that. They definitely need a warrant to look at texts.

    First, unless you are texting something illegal, mass text or not, it shouldn't matter. Police can't just look randomly at texts or phone calls, phone providers don't give up the information without a warrant.

    If you are texting "hey man, i need an 1/8th oz of marijuana" well, you deserve to get busted. Be discreet, use code words, not ridiculous things, just common every day talk. "Hey, do you mind if I swing by? I need one."

    Even though I have the legal ability to purchase and smoke weed, I still am discreet about it. Be safe, not stupid.

    Also, just to dabble on the subject, why is your friend mass texting people? I hate dealers like that.. Usually thats people dealing low quality dirt and/or shiesty sacks. Customers will return 9/10 times regularly if you deal them straight.
    A little bit harsh I think. His friend is simply misunderstood. Don't be so negative friend :)
