Title says it all, my mate got caught with 4g of weed at school and the cops where called. Still in the dark myself to this matter but it sounds like he has narrowly missed court but still probably facing charges and a criminal record. As well as quite possibly getting expelled from school. He is not 18 yet and I know it is his fault but would there be anything he can do? Shits fucked
I don't know how the law works in Australia, here in the UK if you're caught with up to 28gs and its all in one bag its classed as personal use, also if you get in trouble with the police before you turn 18 in the UK if it isn't anything serious your record gets wiped when your turn 18.
Update: 1 person snitched on another and basically all the stoners at my school are being interviewed individually. Pretty fucking funny.
