My friend bought some bush the other day, we smoked it and noticed alot of seeds at the bottom of the bag, another friend of mine said i need someone that can identify the seeds as male and female then I am supposed to rap them in toilet roll and then wet it and put it at the window, but i cant find anyone that knows if they are female or male etc, can anyone help me? here are some pics.
hi theres no way of knowing if they are m or f whilst there a seed .you will have to select the best looking ones and plant them ,id suggest doing loads + loads of reading on here about growing ,all the infomation is here ,just takes some time to read everything and understand it ,i doubt any1 is going to tell you everything u need to know in this thread as its all here on the site allready . good luck
what is a hermi and how do i decide what are the best looking ones? do i pair them up? and put them in some damp toilet roll?
A hermi or hermaphrodit is when the plant has both male and female parts. You won't really need to know much about that until you put your plants into the flowing phase when you "sex" the plants. The seeds you have look mature in the picture so this is what I would do: Figure out how much room you have to grow. Where are you growing? In a closet or what? How many plants will fit in that space? Each plant will need a minimum of 8-10" diameter pot. Now you know what you limit is and lets just say it's 10. Take 12 seeds, to be safe, and germinate them. Once you've done that it will buy you a little time to read up. Read everything in this forum, there's ton's of info here. Buy a book or two. And invest in some lights. As you read you will start to find more things that you may need to get. It's not as simple as planting a few seeds and then you get high for free a few months down the road but it's also not rocket science. Good luck

You cannot tell sex of seeds, unless perhaps you are a geneticist with a laboratory and you have to cut open the seed to investigate. As others said, you can only tell sex by growing them to sexual maturity. Pick seeds that are brown or grey and don't crackle when you roll them gentlly between thumb and finger. They may or may not have black spots or stripes. Seeds that are green, white, dark black, or that crackle should be discarded.
