Well it wasn't bad, try getting a thick hit and then bring your tongue to the roof of your mouth starting at the bad to push the smoke out.

Your doing great, but just don't take the smoke in when your puffing, keep it in your mouth and then slightly open it and let the dense smoke flow out. Creates a better effect.
Take a big ass hit, hold it in your mouth dont inhale then just push the smoke out with your tongue while inhaling with your nose
