My First Plant (UPDATE)

this is my first plant grown indoor then put outdoor its been about 4 months i see the hairs coming out the top so is it a female? cuz i dont see any male sacks on it

well im in cali it it is just starting to get cold so i still got aways i started it indoor about alil bit before july 4th lol its been growing for a long ass time, i grew it indoor for like 1 month or longer i thought it would turn out male cuz i took to long to put it out side then it started dieing but i got it back on track and from then on it been doing well outside, i water it like once a day on hot days maybe 2 but since the cold it can go like 4 days with no water its grwon in a lil home made green house so prob when in budds i will have to tie the branches so it dose not break cuz it get no wind but all in all i like it i use no ferts eather just plane old water and i prun it i also move the dirt around so i get o clogging dirt
